Purple Flowers

"I think it pisses God off when you walk by the color purple in a field and don't notice it. People think pleasing God is all God cares about. But any fool living in the world can see it always trying to please us back.”

OUR STORY

DSCF8468.jpg

Hello, my name is Summer Robinson. I am from Atlanta, GA and I am a passionate storyteller. I have been writing stories since I was a little girl. I went from journaling about my life, to writing short stories, to writing and publishing screenplays and books. Since 2014, I have been writing professionally as well as directing and producing films.

I published my first book, Discovering Summer Abroad: A Teen's Journey to Africa in 2014Later that year, I met Sheila Baltazar, a woman who lost her son, Patrick Baltazar, to the Atlanta Child Murders. I wrote and published her autobiography as a ghostwriter during my senior year in high school. I went on to write interviews and articles for various business owners and nonprofits. In 2020 I joined the team at 13th and Joan Publishing House as a manuscript editor and author coach. Since then I have helped eight writers and counting write and develop their authorial debut. Each client has come in at a different stage of the writing process and with different ideas and levels of expertise.

Over the years of working with various clients, I have gained an appreciation for the healing and peace that takes place when one revisits their life and remembers. Each of us has a story worth telling. My job is to help you tell it and sell it.
